One of the biggest hesitations surrounding homeownership is having to do all your own maintenance and home repair.

Some repairs are common sense, but others can be puzzling or time-consuming. After all, video tutorials can only take you so far. The great thing about selecting EDGEhomes is that you never have to solve a home maintenance problem completely on your own.

Before you close on your home, one of our customer service team members will give you a one-on-one orientation on how your home functions.

They’ll also walk you through any warranties and let you know what maintenance is your responsibility. That way, you’re educated and able to keep your home functioning smoothly. 

Our customer service team is standing by to address any concerns that may arise after you’ve purchased your home. If you need to report a warranted item for maintenance, all you have to do is fill out a quick form on the EDGEhomes website, and a customer service representative will be out to your home soon to address any issues.
