The world of real estate has been ever-changing over the last few years. With material and labor shortages, supply and demand variances, and increasing construction costs, home costs and mortgage rates have ran the gamut, leaving buyers uncertain whether or not it’s the right time to buy a home.

EDGEhomes recognizes the importance of putting the community first and we’re committed to keeping housing in Utah as affordable as possible! By defining uncertainty, buyers feel more confident in their decisions enabling you to close more deals, faster.

LOCKED IN PRICING

Your price is your price, regardless of what additional costs we incur. Some builders have escalation clauses or cost plus clauses in their contract allowing them to go back to buyers and renegotiate their contract price. We do no have these clauses in our contract and we do not plan to add them.

LOCKED IN RATES

In addition to being able to lock in the price of your home, we’ve also partnered with our preferred lender, First Colony Mortgage, to give buyers the option to lock in their interest rates as soon as we break ground on their new home.
