The top priority for EDGEhomes is its people: current residents, realtors, and potential homebuyers. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our homes, as well as the engineers and contractors who design and build them. Since the landslide, we have taken the following actions to ensure the safety of our residents and secure the future of our community:

• Maintaining regular, open communication with our residents through town halls and messaging
• Submitting a remediation and shoring plan to Draper City for approval
• Conducting additional investigations to identify the factors that contributed to the collapse and retaining wall failure
• Planning construction projects that will remediate and restore the community

WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATUS? 

We are in the process of finalizing a remediation and shoring plan with Draper City that will allow us to stabilize the area and conduct additional investigations to gain a better understanding of the factors that contributed to the collapse of the two homes and the failure of the retaining walls.
