First-Time Home Buyer Seminar




(Orem, Utah) February 22, 2016-EDGEhomes, Utah’s fastest-growing homebuilder, is emphasizing a new focus this year: educating its buyers. Kellie Little, VP of Marketing at EDGEhomes shares why this new focus is important for her company. “We want to educate our buyers to help assist them as they make critical decisions. For many first-time homebuyers, house hunting can be a scary process with many unanswered questions. EDGEhomes believes it doesn’t need to be that way. They are committed to answering all the questions buyers were afraid to as, in addition to giving them insider tips.

They will be teaming up with First Colony Mortgage, one of EDGEhomes’ preferred lenders, as they host multiple first-time homebuyer seminars. Jon Aldrich, CEO of First Colony Mortgage shared that “today’s market is such that we have programs geared towards helping [buyers] get into a new home. Our loan officers are trained in such a way that they know how to help our borrowers…understand the mortgage process all the way through so they can have confidence.”

Together, the two companies will be hosting first-time homebuyer seminars on two days: Thursday, February 25 at 6, 7, and 8pm and Saturday, February 27 at 10 & 11am.
